Go-Busters vs Gokaiger Film Summary

In the past few weeks, i've posted brief plot descriptions for the upcoming Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters vs Gokaiger. But why did the Gokaigers turn evil? And where is Gai Ikari a.k.a. GokaiSilver? Read on:

The film features a legend of the five mysterious keys, that will bring forth to the "Greatest Power in Space", once gathered.

After almost one year, the pirates return to Earth after their expedition to destroy Zangyack's home planet. But during this campaign, the GokaiGalleon was destroyed, and replaced by a black version with a Zangyack emblem! The Gokaigers have completely changed, and now working for their enemies.

The Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters realize they have to fight the evil Zangyack and the Gokaiger crew. As they fight, the Gokaigers Gokai Change in both Goggle V and Timeranger. During this course, they manage to capture Navi.

Go-Busters found out that Zangyack had teamed up with their enemy, Vagrass. Navi also told them to travel back in time.

Yoko and Beet J Stag travel back in the Edo-era, and there they met Rat Boy (Nezumi Kozo) a Japanese thief and folk hero. It turns out that Gai is Rat Boy! Now, they need to team-up and help each other out. And since the Go-Busters are the 36th Super Sentai, they have to show Gai some more respect.

Directed by Shibasaki Takayuki (Chou Den-O: Episode Yellow, Kamen Rider OOO WONDERFUL), with Shimoyama Kento (Goseiger vs Shinkenger) on the scripts, Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters vs Gokaiger will premiere this January 19th.
