One Piece Romance Dawn PSP to Include Thriller Bark Arc

The scan from the latest issue of Shonen Jump confirms that the upcoming role-playing game, “One Piece Romance Dawn: The Dawn of Adventure” PlayStation Portable game will follow the crew's adventure until the Thriller Bark Arc.

The Thriller Bark Arc focuses around Luffy's battle against one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Gekko Moriah, and the recruitment of their ninth member and musician, Brook.

The Straw Hats Pirates’ Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Sanji, and Usopp are also confirmed to be in the game, with Robin and Franky most likely confirmed since this goes past on their story arcs. It will also feature 30 minutes of brand-new anime footage.

Players will be engaging in battle to gain experience and improve abilities such as speed, defense, and attack strength. The first One Piece game for the PSP is scheduled to be released on December 20th.
